Yes you can speak Hindi in Korean culture centre if you are not comfortable with any other language, there's no restriction but it's goid you try to speak in the language sonthat others can understand too.

According to the BUMS eligibility criteria, the candidate must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English as their core subjects in their class 12th or equivalent examination. If you have the above subjects in your intermediate examination, you are eligible for the course.

You need to check the cbse curriculum, if it remains the same then there is no issue but if it changes then the subject of programming language will change accordingly

You have mentioned, For which Exam you have wrongly chosen the typing language. If it is for any SSC exams, or NEET definitely there is a provision. At the time of online examination, candidates will be allowed to choose their own language , you can change the same

1.English and Hindi  for neet is available in  All Examination Centre

2.  English and Assamese for neet is available in (Examination Centre Cities) in Assam

3.  English and Bengali  for neetis available in (  Examination Centre)in West Bengal and Tripura
