Hello Dear,

The interview language is either Hindi or English as per their school website.

The Sainik Schools are managed by a Society which is registered under the Societies Registration Act (XXI of 1860). Admission to all Sainik Schools is only meant for boys and the entrance examination is organized for admission to class VI & IX.

WRITTEN TEST

CLASS VI:
i. Mathematical Knowledge Test & Language Ability Test (2 hr)
ii. Intelligence Test (1hr)
The test can be taken in English, Malayalam or Hindi.

CLASS IX:
i. Mathematics and Science (2 hr)
ii. English and Social Studies (2 hr)

I hope you are doing good. I would like to know you that In any south nit or iit, students from all over the country , from different states. Though major percentage of students are from south india , as everyone prefer to take college near to their house as possible but still you will get many people from north india.

Moreover, The people of south india as very helpful they will completely understand you need a mutual language to become friendly and for interaction . They will never tease you for your language

Both are vast subjects.

The eligibility criteria to pursue MA Japanese is passed bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% aggregate from a recognized university, also you need to have required proficiency in the language, the entrance test will have two parts, first one consists of general awareness on topics such as Japan’s geography/history, society and culture, famous works of literature, current affairs and the second part is language ability in Japanese, admission to MA Japanese is done through JNUEE for which the official notification isn't out yet,  you can stay updated at https://jnu.ac.in/ or you can also follow our page at https://university.careers360.com/articles/jnu-application-form
