Thanks for asking, Yes the center for IPU CET law is in Delhi only. Every year students have to reach Delhi to give IPU CET law exam. Make sure to get your tickets ready before reaching the exam date if you are not from Delhi.
Yes, Arts student can apply for law programme. CLAT is the National level exam for this programme you can apply after completing your class 12th as per the eligibility you should have completed 10+2 in any of the field with minimum 45% as a General category & 40% as areserved
