Through CLAT you can apply for LLM In cuber law, the good college for it can be NLUJ where you must have minimum percentage of marks for obc/sap/other categories 55% and 50% for sc/st category.

They provide this course for 1 year. 20 seats are available. Fees-Rs 1,24,500 approx.

You can do your LLB first which will be for 3 years then you can pursue your specialization in labour law in LLM  you can also appear for AIBE exam and before LLM you can practice in the court.

After your B.Com, you can apply for 3 year LLB entrances like DU LLB, BHU LLB, PU LLB etc.

Application form will be available tentatively by Feb 2018.

Yes, you are eligible to write CLAT. Students passed out from NIOS board can write any professional body exam such as CLAT, Engineering, Medical, etc and every university must accept students from open schooling.  “The Secondary/Sr.Secondary certificate obtained from NIOS have the same recognition as certificates issued by other Boards.
