to appear judicial then you have to qualify your 12th first. There is requirement of 45% minimum for general and 40% minimum for reservation category students. There is no age limit.

Firstly,  you haven't mentioned the college you are asking about admission option. Secondly, there are colleges where admission/entrance test is not required to get the admission into the college, the admission is based on 12th percentile. There are colleges which require entrance test to get admission.
