           For CLAT2019 cutoff would probably go high as the merit this time went higher than CLAT2018.

Thus with your score in CLAT 2019 it seems quitr difficult for you to get into

The fee structure is different for all the courses. For LLB (3year course), the course tuition fees is Rs 3 lakhs. For BA LLB, the fees for 5 years intergrated course is Rs 5.2 lakhs. The hostel charges are different fot each years. For freshers, they charge around 10-12k

Its okay youe previous seat will be retained in the next round if you have placed VIPS on top so in the nest round your seat will be retained.

In next round you can get a college which you have placed above VIPS,next round is supposed to be third
