Usually invigilator's do sign on the admit card in the alloted area. If he/she did not signed you could have reminded him. It happens that sometimes you have produce admit card during counselling, if they do not see the invilgilator's sign they might doubt you. Then they should check

your seat in bhu will also depend upon your category alonng with your rank. if you belong to general, gen-obc, gen-st,etc. then you can not expect your seat in bhu . if your category is the one under pc, you can have hope for seat in bhu. i

Sorry to say, but  no you will not going to receive any admission call from o.p.jindal college.

Because this year the cutoff is of 80 percentile for 5 year law programmes & 60 percentiles for 3 year or 1 year programmes.
