You haven't mentioned your category so I assume it to be General and so Your clat score are very low and it's  very difficult to get NLUs or other government college almost no chances. 

But you can admission in private law college accepting clat score for this use

With your mentioned rank in general category you can not get into any of the NLUs.So instead of waiting for subsequent lists you should go ahead with other options that you have.

There are various Private Colleges that accept CLAT scores other than the National Law Universities.

your obc rank is 7439.you have to wait 3 rd  round or final round counsilling to get admission in nits .it also depend on branch which you want to take .

For Kirit P Mehta school of law -  The eligibility criteria for BALLB program is 12th with minimum 50% and one has appeared for CLAT or LSAT. The CLAT score above 90 is a good score and enough for admission in BALLB.
