I am sorry to inform you that you can not get admissions in GLC without clearing MH CET exam. Glc conducts this exam every years to give admissions to the students for the 5 year LLB course, so without appearing for MH CET it is not possible to

The exam focuses on current events of national and international importance, Indian legal and constitutional history and governance, analytical skills, and aptitude. Unfortunately, ILS Pune usually has a higher cutoff, even for Maharashtra state students. According to previous cutoff trends, ILS Pune usually accepts students with a score of 100+ marks in MH CET exam. You can apply to other colleges with your score, though.
