No, most of the law colleges recognised by BCI do not provide you an Undergraduate degree in between of your 5 year Integrated course of law. Hence if you pursue this course you will be eligible to take the UPSC exams in your final year or later only.

The cutoff varies every year, With this rank the chances are less to get a seat for the programme, If you didn't get the seat in the second round then You can try for the private law colleges.
