As Candidate has to be enrolled with respective state bar council to appear for the AIBE and you are still going to appear it means you are not enrolled with state bar council. so right now you are not eligible for BCI Exam.

Both are very good reputed lawcolleges ubder AP LAWCET. 

NBM is having very good learning and has good placements above 75%. For NVP Law college, Placements are just average and offers low ROI and also hasan Average faculty with lesser exposure.

Hence NBM is much better to NVP Vishakhapatnam. 

GS Keishna memorial Law College hasnot released placements statistics yet and difficult to comment anything on this. However faculty an d learning facility good enough since bene established in 1983 and is old Institute so has good coachibg but not amongst best.

Overall not much recommended since placements are skeptical.
