Admission cutoff is different qcross streams and categories. 

For BMS cutoff is nearly 70 to 75 percentage, for all other courses and category details of cutoff published as per 5th merit list of 2017 below for reference

It means in case you received 90. 7 percentile you cannot round it up to next highest positive number which is 91 in this case.

So you need to keep the percentage or percentile in decimals only even it is 90. 11then it should be considered as 90.11 and not

This means that you should not round off your marks to calculate your score/answer. For example: if the marks are 5.88 or 8.24, they shall remain the same in decimals and not rounded off to the nearest number like 6 or 8 respectively.

It's a Government Aided institute which was established in 1956 and it is re-accredited with NAAC A grade. NAAC A grade denotes that it's good institute, it's up to you to exercise freeze or float option. I hope it helps.
