As you are from, Delhi going for DU LLB would be best bet for you. According to the information given in the Information bulletin of 2018 ( http://www.du.ac.in/du/uploads/FoLBulletin20.07.2018.pdf) for DU LLB total fee is Rs. 5553. But admission process for academic year 2018-19 is almost in the last stage.

It means that the course must be on par with the ones approved by AICTE. This is for technical courses as AICTE is only for those. For example all deemed universities like VIT, SRM, Thapar, BITS etc offer degrees in engineering and other programmes. You wont find them in AICTE

No, it is not necessary to give CLAT. Allahabad University conducts its own entrance test. CLAT is compulsory for NLUs.
