If I reject Navalmal Firodia law college now in second round, can I apply in the same college again in 4th institutional round?

Yes you can re apply to the college definitely based on vacancies left.

But practically it make snonsense of rejecting college now and going for same college again as in 4th riund yiu shall hav every less probability of conversion because of lesser seats available.
