This varies from college to college and is based on exam difficulty and total seats available at start of CAp round.

Seats for OMS Category shall be within 25 in total for all colleges, however this may vary depending on cutoffs.

General Merit Rank denotes standing among the Combined list of MS and OMS candidates while MS Merit tells your standing among Maharshtra State candidates. It will be very tough to tell which college you are going to get, but you can be stay assured that being a MS cadidates

my general merit no in provisional list is 6181, and ms_merit no. is 5262..what does this mean? is this a college number or code?

Hey.

The general merit number is your rank along the general category candidates. And the MS merit number is your rank among the Maharashtra State general category candidates as per the Provisional Merit list in MH CET.

Its difficult to predict what college syou can apply as this will depend on remaining vacancies left.
