It is good that you wish to pursue law as your career but let me tell you that IP University does not offer three year law programme. It only offers five-year integrated law programme, IPU CET Law. If you wish to seek admission in five-year integrated law programme

By Institutional round , if you mean with a little help by Management quota 

then yes the fees will differ than the ones who get through the rounds,
