Yes, you can take admission in LLB if you are graduate from any recognized university and for admission in BALLB you must pass intermediate from a recognized board.

OBC- 133
For 2nd round the cut off is
General- 140.85
ST- 122
SC- 51
OBC-130.90
Check these cut off and see if you fall under any cut off list!
