There are only 27 seats for the general category students for the course of LLM(2 years) in DU. The cut off for 2018 is also 27. Considering this you seem to have very less chances for admission in DU.

For taking admission in utkal university in ba llb course students should have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% in case of general category and 40% in case of ST/SC and OBC category.
Admiaaion to this integrated course is based on entrance test which also consiste of general knowledge.
As per your rank, you have low chances in following colleges-
