Sorry, but it is not possible as your rank of 2017 is eligible for admissions in 2017 only it can't be forwarded to the next session. If you wish to take admission now then appear the examination again
According to the information given on Schedule for Admission through Online Counselling June 20, 2018 (11.50 pm) will be the deadline for registering online after payment of Participation fee of Rs. 1000/. I hope it helps.
