Sorry to inform you but you cannot get admission in any of the colleges with supplementary in class 12th. For getting admission in any college you first need to clear your class 12th without clearing it you cannot get admission. As you have to submit your 12th marksheet

You haven't mentioned your Exam, Category and State, As these are vital information, whithot these we can't provide accurate information. I am assuming that its your CLAT rank, so with this rank State-SC and ST candidates were able to secure a seat in DSNLU, NUSRL, NUALS, RMLNLU, HNLU

The category, which you belong to, will be very crucial and deciding factor for this. If you are from ST or Physically Handicapped then you can get even University School of Law and Legal Studies. Go through IPU CET Law Cut off it will give you useful information.
