If your serial number falls under the first 400 of the list then there will be a chance of you being admitted at any of the law centres of DU in the first round itself.

Dear it depends on availability of seats that is in rounds of counseling only they can either upgrade college as per your choices after which it can't be changed and if some students withdraw the admission then they might notify on their website and for this you need to regularly
