now, for SC male, the cut off rank is 4555 whereas for SC female, the cut off rank is 7856.
Yes, you can get a good college with this rank. Try for Maharaja Agrasen, Surajmal, JIIMS etc. You didn't mention for which course you gave IPUCET.
