Since you forgot to download the application form on time then it won't be available again for you to download. If you can find the form offline at any store then fill it up and submit it. Otherwise, try contacting the authorities.

Its very difficult to compare one exam result from another because these exams have diff questions, different pattern and different criteria so you can't just predict on the basis of rhe score of CLAT your BLAT result, i hope you'll understand that
