Yes you can definitely apply for BA LLB as you fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria of having minimum of 50% aggregate in your Intermediate, there's also a 5% relaxation in it for SC/ST students. So yes you can definitely apply for Ba llb in almost any college but

Both of them are at the top. They compete for this position every year.both college offers ba llb bba courses. The only diffrence is in fee structure of two.
