Army Institute of Law, Mohali is one of the prestigious institutions for Law. Even though it has only 4 seats at All India Level, I would say it is worth taking. As if you clear it, you will be able to get admission in a great law college.

Of course you are eligible for IP university and the colleges you can get are:
1.Delhi Institute of Rural Development, Holambi Khurd, Delhi
2.Sri Krishna College of Education, Baghpat
If you are not able to get these then you should try in eveving colleges of IP university.

As per your concern if you have not appered for MH CET than you will not get admission in maharashtra lae college for BA LLB. But you can do it from any other state or private college which do not have any entrance test.

As per your LSAT score there are very less chances that you will get admission in Jindal Global Law School. This is very esteem law college and the cut off is high. Although there is no specific cut off. Admission is based on the final merit list.
