i got 10115 rank in law of ipu cet 2018 can i have an admmission in ipu collage

It is difficult and chances are extremely low as cutoffs at IPU is under 2000 ranks and hence we predict following colleges under BA LLB where chances are pretty average :

Delhi institute of rural development
BLS Institute of technology management.

Cutoffs are high for top colkeges and under 4000

As per your CLAT Exam rank you can get:

National Law University,Jodhpur

Gujarat National Law University,Gandhinagar

Rajiv Gandhi National University Of Law,Patiala

Hi.
Other than all the National Law universities, no other government college accepts CLAT ranks for admissions. They have their own entrance/ admission procedures.
But many PRIVATE colleges accept your CLAT rank for admissions like-
MS Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore
School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy, Dehradoon

Hi Pranav.
Considering your rank you don't seem to have any chance for admission in any NLUs if you belong to the General category. Here is a list of all NLUs and their respective cut offs in 2017. You can expect a similar cut off this year too.

Well going for Amity Law School over USLLS will be a foolish decision , just go for USLLS as I'm studying there and if you go by opinion surely you will thank me , as USLLS is a government college whereas Amity Law School is just affiliated to IPU ,

You have scored quite less marks and there are few chances for you. If you have reservation there can be some hope but it not then you can apply for some private colleges or try again next year.
