In accordance to your rank it is difficult to get colleges but it is possible in management quota because your rank is low. I think you should try next time and put more efforts to this.

Coming straight away to your question. As far as I know, only NLU Delhi which offers admissions through AILET offers relaxation to BPL category

According to your rank, it is not possible to get admission but i guess through management quota you can get admission in lower colleges of IP.
