I assume you have given the LSAT-India examination that was held in the May session from 22 June onwards.
The result of this examination is expected to be tentatively released by the third week of July as mentioned by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) which conducts LSAT-India examination.

See, this is something we can't tell accurate ,we can just predict whether it will tough than previous one or not , so all I want to tell that rather than asking such questions and overthinking if you put this time in hardwork then definitely it will be more beneficial than this . Paper will be easy ,don't worry ,focus on your preparation , for smarts and intelligent students , everything will be easy while for lazy students and for those who don't do hardwork it will be difficult . Yes you can fill the forms of universities or colleges other than you have applied in your form LSAT . You just have to check whether the other universities or colleges in which you want to apply, prefer exam conducted by themselves or any other exam like CLAT .

you can get the law colleges that accept the LSAT scores but you must have a qualified and valid certificate.

Yes ISAT offers BALLB course.
Law School Admission Council (LSAC) conducts LSAT-India for admission to 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB and LLM programmes offered by the participating law colleges. It has not prescribed any specific LSAT India 2022 eligibility criteria for students appearing in the examination.
There are no eligibility criteria for appearing in LSAT India. So, candidates only need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for the course as prescribed by the law colleges individually. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria of the college chosen for admission will be disqualified even if they have cleared LSAT India 2022.
There is no age limit for appearing in LSAT India 2022.

Yes an Indian can appear for ISAT examination.
Indian citizens of a maximum age of 26 years are eligible for application at ISAT. However, the privileged applicants are given a relaxation up to an additional 4 years.
The 10+2 Examinations or any equivalent examination must have cleared from a recognized Board / University.
Appearing for JEE (Main) and JEE (Advanced) is absolutely necessary for the applicants. In the Advanced examination, General category applicants must score an aggregate of 20% with at least 5% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics individually. OBC category applicants must score an aggregate of 18% with at least 4.5% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics individually. SC / ST / PwD category applicants must score an aggregate of 10% with at least 2.5% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics individually.

Law school admission council has released the result on 1st of February in the official website . Candidates can check their result by logging into their website. The website is discover.law.in.
The first attempt is over and now is the turn for second attempt and the registration for it will close by 25th May ,2022. The scheduling of test will be from 25th april to 30th April. The exam will start from 9th of may.
