RMLNLU admission to five year BA LLB and LLM (one year) programmes is done through CLAT. Candidates seeking admission to these courses will have to apply online for CLAT. Those who clear the entrance exam will be offered admission.

In order to apply for admission in HNLU and its courses, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria determined by the university which has been provided briefly by the authority. HNLU Raipur admission to B.A. L.L.B (Hons) programme is done based on the marks obtained by candidates in Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

The total number of seats in Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur is 85 for BA.LLB programmes. As far as the LLM program at HNLU is considered, the Hidayatullah National Law University has 90 seats.
