I am got 83/200 in ntse stage 1 on 27 dec 2020.I am wish to selected for stage 2.I did not write stage 1 well because of some personal problem .I am a good learning student .Any one say i will selected for stage 2 or not.

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 22nd May, 2021

Hi

Your profile suggests that you are from Tamilnadu so I am guessing that it is regarding NTSE Tamil Nadu

Which  category do you belong to?

I am assuming it to be general

This is difficult to predict whether you will be able to qualify NTSE stage 1 examination or not as qualifying cut off marks or not as cut off marks depends upon a number of factors like

*  number of students that appeared in the ntse exam,

*kind of marks obtained by them in ntse examination,

*toughness level of the ntse examination etc.

But yes,

When we go through previous year trends then,

The ntse  2021  Tamilnadu expected stage 1 cut off to be eligible for NTSE stage 2 is given below category wise:-

Category you belong

Expected Cutoff

General

155-165

OBC

150-155

SC

135-140

ST

85-95

EWS

140-150

You can check the same at

https://school.careers360.com/articles/ntse-tamil-nadu-cutoff

So, with 80 marks, you have low chance to qualify stage 1 to be eligible for stage 2 examination of NTSE.

Tamil Nadu  stage 1 result will be declared on its official website i. e dge.tn.gov.in

Thank you

Im just starting my neet preparation now can i get good marks in neet 2022?Is one year of preparation enough [for learning the lessons and practicing questions]?if so how many hours should i have to study to score 600+ in neet 2022

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 26th Apr, 2021
Hello,

You can get good marks in NEET with one year pf preparation, but there are many conditions attached to it. Like how good is your basics and background, how well you have studied in class 11 and 12th. What kind of guidance you have right now that will help you in your preparation etc.
So, there is no specific number of hours that guarantees selection, but there you will have to put 12 hours consistently. For any exam the most important factor is consistency. Focus on completing your syllabus, giving tests on time, analysing and accessing your weak areas and working on strengthening them. Also solve previous years question papers to get an idea of type of questions that come in exam. Be focused for one year with your strategy and then you definitely secure good marks/rank.

I hope this helps.

Igot 2098 rank in SRM jee phase 1 but I am unable to get seat in KTR campus for cse artificial intelligence and machine learning so please suggest me whether I should have to change the campus or else specialization or else I have to keep the same as round1 in further rounds

Sree Student Expert 2nd Jun, 2021

Dear student,

SRM KTR Campus is good. In round 1 you might have not got Computer Science Engineering with specialization Artificial Intelligence. If you wish to join Computer Science Engineering with specialization Artificial Intelligence in SRM KTR campus then wait for round 2 and chances will be increased for round 2. If you are okay with some other SRM Campus then go for it and see whether you can get Computer Science Engineering with Specialization Artificial Intelligence. First decide whether Campus is important for you or Branch. Based on your priority go ahead. But SRM KTR Campus is good in academics and placements also.

Hope this helps.

is the admission to Bsc courses in Delhi University is merit based or entrance based ? Which university is best for learning as well as for living (hostel facilities) ? - AMU OR DU OR JMI OR BHU

Abhishek Roy 2nd Jun, 2021

Till Last Year, Admissions to Delhi University were purely based on Merit (Class 12) and No Entrance Exam was conducted for Majority of Colleges. However, certain Meritorious Colleges like St Stephens, call the shortlisted students in Merit List for an Aptitude Test and Interview. This Year however its unclear, how Delhi University will proceed with its Admission and Counselling Procedure with Std 12 Board Exams getting Cancelled.

For more information regarding Delhi University Admission do follow the link below

Coming to the second half of your Question, I believe for Graduation Delhi University is the Best in India, having excellent faculty, infrastructure, alumini network, career scope and prospects with some of the best meritorious students and high cutoffs.

DU is followed by JMI, then BHU and lastly AMU if you consider the Infrastructure and Faculty  as well as Campus Perspective. However, the education imparted and curriculum is equally strong in all the above 4 Central Universities.
