ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 15th Jul, 2021
Hi

What subjects do you have in your BSc?

Technically, you are still enrolled in your BSc.

  • If you have passed your first year BSc physics with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology then you need to select the code 5 , if then not then your highest qualification with all the 3 subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology remains 10+2 and thus need to select code 2

Here's a short brief of Neet codes :-

Code 1 :- code 1 is for class 12th board 2021 examination appearing students with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results are awaited i. e have not been declared.

Code 2 :- code 2 is for all those who have already passed their 10+2/higher /senior secondary/Indian School Certificate Examinationwith physics, chemistry, biology and English

Code 3 :- code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination in the year with physics, chemistry, biology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology should also contain practical exam.

Code 4 :- pre - medical degree with Physics, chemistry and biology.

Code 5 :- code 5 is for all those who are doing BSc and has all the three of Physics, chemistry and biology in their graduation.

Code 6 :- code 6 is for all those students who have passed BSc with at least any two of following subjects :-

-) Physics,

-)chemistry ,

-)biology

Code 7 :- code 7 is for those who have passed their examination from foreign board which is equivalent of Indian 10+2 board.

Hello Aspirant,

If you had Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your 1st year then code 05 would be applicable on you otherwise your highest qualification will be considered as 10+2/Intermediate therefore Code 02 is applicable on you.

One more thing, take your TC from that college as soon as possible because you will have to submit the TC when you will get any other college through NEET UG 2021.

You can also solve the Test series for NEET 2021 for better finishing of your preparation, you can get the Test series from the link given below :-

Is it worth to leave VIT(EEE Category 3) seat for pessat2021 with rank 1490 to get seat in PES(cse, ece,it) ?

ayanmukherjee045 24th Aug, 2021

Dear aspirant,

As you have mentioned you are getting eee branch at vit vellore and that too in category 3 so your total fees would be around 22-23L in course of four years.

In comparison to this you are getting cse at pes so I would recommend you to take up cse there because the investment will be too much in vit vellore and it won't be a wise choice.

The pes average package in cse branch is around 6-7 L per annum.

Sharon Rose Student Expert 22nd Aug, 2021

Hello,

If you do not wish to edit your marks or preferences in BITS website for admission you can exit the window. The latest changes and preferences will be considered as final. Since you do not confirm the changes your preferences and marks will remain the same. You do not have to worry if you do not make any changes.

can I leave engineering college in midway before completing 1st year because I want to join Mbbs course and willing to get my documents back soon. I am from mumbai

Sharon Rose Student Expert 18th Aug, 2021

Hello,

Yes, you can discontinue the study to pursue any other course in which you are interested. However, you may have to pay the fee of that particular year or entire course fee to discontinue and get your certificates back which you have submitted while taking admission. There are certain rules and guidelines laid by the institute you have to comply with them to discontinue the study. We would suggest you to enquire with the Administration office regarding the procedure to discontinue the study and get your certificates back.

if we take admission in iit then it is compulsory to leave in hostel for msc 2 years?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 8th Jul, 2021

hi,

well it depends on the particular Institute. majority of the institute has no provision that students need to stay at college hostel. you may take pg or mess nearest at college location. so my suggestion is before admission go through the official brochure to  know in details about the process and fees details, services, rules and regulations.

if you have any particular college in mind you may ask in comment section.

what problems will I face in counselling if I skip these 2. I am very much satisfied with March. Will there be any kind of problem. Also without withdrawing the application, can I just leave it by not appearing for the exam?

REVILLA SAI VAMSHI 7th Jul, 2021
Dear Aspirant,

As you know best of 4 will be considered to generate the final score/Rank in JEE Main this year.

So,
If you are satisfied with previous session result skipping this may not effect your performance in anyways and you face no problems doing it but I recommend you to attempt it if you can, as you have chances to raise your percentile in any of the upcoming sessions.

Hope it is informative
All the best
