Life Science
Hello,
First of all the expected cutoff for NMAT is 160-200 marks with Logical Reasoning 65-70 and Quantitative skills with expected cutoff 70-75 and language skills of 62-65and the expected cutoff for nmims in pharmaceutical management is expected to be 200 ( https://bschool.careers360.com/articles/nmat-cutoff ).
But previous year cutoff for nmims for pharmaceutical management was 50 in Logical Reasoning 50 and Quantitative skills with expected cutoff 50 and language skills of 50 and overall cutoff of 169/200.
The cutoffs are difficult to predict as they depend on various factors but you may get a call in the later counselling rounds so I recomment you to stay updated with the notices on the official website and all the counselling dates will be updated there.
Hope this helps

Hi aspirant,
basic reuqirement to eligible for NEET is pme need to secure atleast 50% in aggregate pf PCB from recognized board or university. In your case aggregate percentage is more than 50% in PCB. So yes you are eligible for NEET and yoir form will not get rejected.

Hi Rahul
Life science is an applied subject. The study of life science includes the study of three subjects that are Zoology, Botany and Chemistry.
Unlike honours subject, in life science you study these three subjects together. Scope of life science is vast as you can choose your career field into any one of the three subject as per your choice.
Mostly, after life science degree you can go for research or higher studies. There are many colleges of Delhi University that offers Bsc in Life Science.
Thanks
The Department of Life Science at NIT Rourkela is envisioned to be a state-of-the-art department which emphasizes on the understanding of mechanisms of life processes at molecular and cellular levels in all living systems. The life sciences dept. is much much better than it used to be earlier. Faculties are quite helpful and understanding. The dept. has well equipped laboratory facilities to allow cutting edged research go in full flow. Research in NITR is as such really good, and so is in the Life Sciences department. If you want to go for pure life sciences research,NIT RKL is not at all a bad option.
Dear aspirant,
Looking at previous year cutoff trends you have a safe score. The expected cutoff for msc life science all categories is nearly 35 this year. So you can apply for the college of your choice. For details you can visit the following link

hi,
see the public sectors undertaking mostly recruit for gate in engineering division like electrical, mechanical, electronics, civil engineering, geology department. however there is less options in psu available for life science degree holders, but based on gate score you may opt for higher study like phd or masters courses in IISC, in foreign university.
hope you may understand.
