For admission to B.V.Sc, you should appear for NEET. Now NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. Once NEET scores are released, AIPVT will release the official notification and interested Candidates can appear for Counselling.

The eligibility criteria is - Bachelor's degree in science or B.Sc in either subjects - chemistry or biology.
There is no requirement of giving any entrance exams.

I understand that you are interested in pursuing your M.Sc in Botany but facing a dilemma which college to choose between Miranda House and Jawaharlal Nehru University and so to answer your question please be informed that both the colleges are prominent and reputed colleges that imparts excellent standards of education. However the goodness in a college is remarked by its students and not just the infrastructure. Nevertheless my suggestion would be to join Jawaharlal Nehru University for pursuing your Masters.

The average salary for Bsc life science is 10-20k initially.for Bsc environmental science the salary can be anywhere between 20-50k, while Bsc geology have an average package of 15-30k per month.
Environmental science is a growing field all over the world. For example in USA they can earn at least 65k dollars. And as you know there's a boom in environmental issues you can get a job very easily or you can work with organisations.
