see to crack in upsc civil service exam it is not necessary to study in du, you may search in past years results and may have seen that candidates from colleges or universities has cracked this exam, what is most important is to make strategies, follow the exam syllabus,

A 6 band indicates competent English. It implies that you are good at English but you perform good in the situations you know well, while in other situations which are unfamiliar or specialised, you face difficulty. So, that means you are eligible but it depends upon the job

since I was a child I was always listening them but I took my first decision was to take engineering instead of medical , even I am not able to memorize names of organs in biology but my maths is good . people say first decision of a person is mostly false , what should i do ?

I would advise you to follow your heart. If you want to do Engineering, you should go for Engineering, no matter what 'they' say. if you are dedicated enough, you will be able to excel in your field, whatever the odds might be. Ultimately, it is your future
