Considering your rank in the Final merit list of PU, you do not seem to have any chance for admission in UILS Chandigarh in the Bcom LLb course. You don't not have much chances even in any of the regional centres if you belong to the general category.

The chances are low as the wait list number is very long and till that it's not necessary that seats will remain so you try some other colleges also in order that your year doesn't gets wasted.
