As per the information given on the website the last date for registration for admission in BBA.LLB was on 30.09.2020 so you cannot register now for admission, you always have the option of contacting the university and request to consider your request. You can check the university website here

As per last year cut off i.e of 2019 the closing rank for general category in BA.LLB for Chandigarh campus was close to 540, the closing rank for B.Com (//B.Com) LLB will also be close to this rank only, between 500 -550. You can check previous year BA.LLB cut
