Hi,

To become an IAS the minimum educational qualification is graduation from any stream.

After becoming IAS you can study BBA in distance mode but you cannot study LLB in distance mode.

LLB degree in distance mode is not recognised by bar council of India.

According to ugc norms doing two degrees simultaneously is invalid.  You can not take two degrees at the same time. It will be considered as invalid. However you can do integrated BBA.llb course which has a duration of five years. It will save your one year of studies.

well IF you have finished your 12th then you need to take 5 year integrated course and you need to qualify in the entrance exam for courses like BA LLB,BBA LLB etc...
