Hello,

yes you can appear for it. You have to appear CLAT exam and if your result is good then you can join in any prestigious university or college across India.

there is no upper limit bar for CLAT exam so there won't be any problem for you.

You can't appear in counseling without mark sheets of the degree exams and Degree certificates.You will have to carry your result in the counselling.
Without those documents you cant participate in counseling process.

Yes, you can get admission in LLB by  writing  an LLB entrance exam.The  exam is conducted in the month of may and the admissions commence in the month of january .And the eligibility is graduation in any discipline .

yes you are eligible for llb degree  of 3 years. the eligibility criteria for  llb is you need to pass graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized board of education. marks criteria of graduation can be different for different institutions.
