there is many institute in india which offer llb in distance education mood. but as per the latest notification of bar council of india ,  Only a person who has done a full time LLB is  to be eligible to practice law in India.

Sorry to inform you, but CLAT entrance offers admission to 5 years LLB and LLM.

To peruse 3 years LLB in Bangalore University you need to have degree of any University with a minimum percentage of 45% ( general category).

Unfortunately No because Distance education graduates are not allowed to enroll for LL.B course as per bar council of Indias affidavit in the supreme court.
