Delhi University does not offer any part time courses. But, there are other good univerisites in Delhi that do offer part time courses. LLb is offered through 'evening class' mode through universities like Naional Law UNniversity, Amity University for workinng people.

You can do LLB from an autonomous college and then pursue M. com from Mumbai University but these two should not be done together, you should pursue either one of the two courses first and then the subsequent one and not the two courses simultaneously.
Giving mock tests and sample papers is really necessary as it helps you to prepare and we'll and makes you understand where do you stand and also makes you realize what else you need to study or what you have already covered. You can understand the pattern of the paper

LLB is three years law program, As per the eligibility You should be Graduate in any of the field. If you passed class 12th then you can apply for five years Integrated law program. For five years Integrated law program you can apply for CLAT Entrance Exam.

There are few colleges/universities that offers scholarship. I am listing them below : -
1. National Law University (NLU) - Jodhpur
2. University of Allahabad, Allahabad
3. National Law University (NLU), New Delhi
4. National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal ( but only to SC ST and OBC)
CLAT is the National level exam for the admission to five years Integrated law program to get into NLUs. There are other university level and state level exam for the admission, you can apply.

There is no any common entrance exam for LLB Program on National level. There are many universities offer three years law program, Each university has different criteria for admission & syllabus. Kindly specify the particular university, you wish to know the syllabus.
