LLB Program is distance mode isn't approved by Bar Council of India, so it's better you go with regular degree as law isn't such discipline where only theoretical knowledge is applicable but practical application too matters here, students going for regular degree gets to know real life experience attached

yes, you are eligible to participate in lawcet second phase counselling. the candidates, who did not participate in the first round counselling or who dont get a seat in first round, or a candidate can not attend counselling even if he/she called can participate in 2nd round counselling.
