No, you cannot pursue BEd simultaneously with LLB, degree courses can never be pursued together, moreover it's not possible to  manage two regular programme.Also, program of BEd and LLB are designed in such a way that it's not sheer involvement of theoretical knowledge but its practical applications as well.
