My computer diploma completed in 2023 then gap 2 year then llb admission process appear for me

Sankalp Agrawal 9th Nov, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you can apply for LLB admission even after a 2-year gap following your computer diploma. The gap doesn’t affect your eligibility as long as you meet the basic criteria.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • For 3-year LLB, you must have completed a bachelor’s degree (like BA, BCom, BSc, etc.).

  • For 5-year integrated LLB, you can apply after 12th, but a diploma alone usually isn’t accepted.

  • You’ll need to provide a gap certificate (from a notary or gazetted officer) explaining the 2-year gap.

So, if you have completed 12th and meet the eligibility criteria, you can appear for law entrance exams like CUET, LSAT, or state-level tests to get admission.

Hope you understand.

I want to give upsc exam tovbecome an uas officer currently I am pursuing ba llb degree in college I want to prepare for this exam from college but I cant manage enough time for exam study so what can I do to maintain my college and exam preparation both

Sankalp Agrawal 7th Nov, 2025

Hello,

That’s a great goal, becoming a UAS (UPSC Administrative Services) officer while pursuing BA LLB is absolutely possible with the right plan.

You can balance BA LLB and UPSC prep with a smart routine:

  • Study 2–3 focused hours daily, mornings or evenings.

  • Use your law subjects (Constitution, Polity) for UPSC overlap.

  • Weekdays: College + short UPSC study.

  • Weekends: 5–6 hrs. revision or mock tests.

  • Start with NCERTs & current affairs, then move to test series.

  • Stay consistent and avoid burnout, steady effort matters most.

Hope you understand.
