You haven't mentioned your query is specifically regarding which university, see candidates in their final year graduation too are eligible to apply  for LLB provisionally however they are required to submit the proof of their qualifying examination within the prescribed time as set by the officials, hence it's better

In our country there is no such college where dual degree of llb and MBA is carried out. However there is colleges like Symbiosis Law School and IIMT University Meerut where BBA LLB curriculum is offered. However LLB MBA can also be done in differently, in different years.
