As per UGC norms you can pursue two degree courses simultaneously however one is to be done through distance mode and another through regular mode, now integrated law course cannot be done through distance mode as it's not recognized by bar council of India, hence you have to opt

Yes, you can do 5 year llb with your 12th/ 2nd puc qualification.

It doesn't matter at all even if you are 26 years old.
