see you can not select college based on state. there is no concept like gujrat education system is better than maharastra. every colleges or university has some rules and regulations , you need to select college based on college review by students, students faculty ratio, course curriculum etc. however

To be eligibility criteria to appear for TS LAWCET 2021 for 3 year LLB course is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree (in 10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized University. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 45% of aggregate marks and 40% for SC/ST category candidates.
The college which you are seeing that is Kalinga Institute Of Industrial Technology(KIIT) so it is one of the best private institution and offers various number of fields for graduation and has a great record as well. So seeing at your percentile i would say its a decent score

I would suggest you to choose NLUs (National Law Universities), if you have any chances of getting these after clearing the CLAT such as NLU Hydrabad, MNLU Mumbai, NLU Jodhpur, NLU Delhi, GNLU Gandhinagar or any other if you have thought of.
