If you are talking about the course duration for BBA LLB course, then, let me tell you that it is a five year course. Some Colleges offer integrated five year course, whereas some Colleges such as in Delhi University, there is no integrated course for the same.

To get admission in LLB the eligibility criteria is graduation in any stream from recognised university.
For the admission you have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the state, university or particular College or exams like CLAT

CLAT isn't conducted for admission to three year LLB, it's for Integrated law program for five years duration and LLM.
Eligibility for LLB is graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% marks, for reserved category it's 40%. Universities like DU & BHU require minimum 50% marks
