Im doing BBA LLB after this should I prepare for judiciary exam ( civil judge ) or for CAT? Which one would be mire practical and easy to clear?

If you want to pursue CA and LLB at the same time then it is not possible. As you cannot do two professions together.

However if you wish to enter in to the profession of Tax Consultant then LLB qualification can help you as much, along with CA
