If admit card got generated that means your application is not rejected. But be careful from next time to avoid any hassle as exams are important. You can always get a passport sized photo clicked and then scan and use it. This is a more appropriate way of doing things.

I would suggest you try to change the name where it is wrong as soon as possible as it can create problem because single letter difference will affect it.
