Manipal is a much better college than LNMIIT on almost all the aspects be it placement, academics or whatever.
Note that placements in LNMIIT are bad

You can appear in JEE mains after completing the diploma but you will not get admission in NITs and CFTIs. You will have to qualify JEE advance after qualifying mains and will be given admission like 12th standard students.

then you have decent chances to get admission in Heritage institute of technology.

Because Lnmiit Jaipur takes intake on the basis of JEE MAINS marks and according to recent years cutoff the lowest score is 120.so try looking at the list once more.
